Responsibilities
Manage pharmacoepidemiologic projects and activities in support of marketed and development compounds
Implement pharmacoepidemiology strategy and generate real-world evidence (RWE)
Provide timely epidemiological and risk management support to project and product teams
Represent Pharmacoepidemiology on cross-functional teams and committees
Participate in process improvement activities within the department
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in epidemiology or a related field with 3+ years of relevant post-doctoral experience, or a post-graduate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in pharmacoepidemiology and regulatory guidelines
Experience utilizing automated healthcare databases for pharmacoepidemiologic activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Industry or regulatory experience in pharmacoepidemiology
Proven track record of handling complex matters in cross-functional settings
Experience with external vendors in pharmacoepidemiology projects
