Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 base salary DOE + 25% annual short-term incentive bonus What You’ll Be Doing

Lead global trade compliance strategy and governance across imports, exports, sanctions, and forced-labor risk Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits, inquiries, and disclosures Build and maintain compliance systems, policies, and controls Oversee classification, licensing, and reporting for U.S. and foreign regimes Guide risk-based training and organizational change management Manage cross-functional partnerships with supply chain, finance, IT, and legal teams Mentor and develop a team of trade compliance professionals What You’ll Need to Be Considered

Licensed U.S. Customs Broker Bachelor’s degree or higher Hands-on expertise with USDA, BIS, OFAC, and EU trade regulators Demonstrated leadership in forced-labor compliance programs (UFLPA evidence packages, supplier mapping, detention management) Proven ability to build trade controls governance infrastructure
