Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting & HR Operations to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a growing, well-established firm. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of recruiting leadership and HR operations expertise, thrives in an evolving environment, and is comfortable managing and developing teams while remaining hands-on when needed. Responsibilities
10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition and HR operations in a financial services environment.
Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring.
Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope.
Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
Compensation
The pay for this role is $215,000-$225,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
