We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to optimize our end-to-end supply chain functions and drive operational excellence. This role is based at our headquarters in Saint Paul, MN.

What You Will Do: You will own the entire materials and logistics lifecycle, leading all strategy and daily execution across the following core functions:
Sourcing & Purchasing:
Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate key supplier contracts, and manage vendor performance to secure quality, cost‑effective materials at optimal inventory levels.
Planning & Scheduling:
Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, master scheduling, and MRP to ensure production efficiency and service level targets are met.
Warehousing & Logistics:
Lead warehousing operations, inventory management (including cycle counting), and domestic/international shipping and receiving, driving efficiency and accuracy.
Packaging:
Ensure quality, accuracy and cost‑efficient packaging of our finished goods.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop the Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, and Packaging teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean principles).
Requirements What You Will Bring:
10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Planning leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in managing all functions listed above: Sourcing, Planning, Scheduling, Warehousing, Packaging and Shipping/Receiving.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making.
Preferred Experience:
3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits Starting base salary for this role is anticipated to be $125,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience plus performance bonus eligibility.
