The Role We are seeking an experienced Product Leader capable of leading a team to build innovative products. The Product Leader will oversee our Marketing, Guest Data, Labor and Shared Value teams, working closely with the C‑Suite to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive product delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy for your areas and influence SpotOn’s overall product strategy.

Lead a portfolio of Product Managers, guiding market opportunity analysis, roadmap development, and strategic adjustments.

Craft creative product vision and design, positioning SpotOn as an industry pioneer.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Support to elicit, rationalize, and prioritize new features.

Assess market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions.

Build relationships with key business partners and be the internal and external evangelist for your product.

Collaborate with product marketing and other stakeholders on positioning and messaging.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, including at least 3 years managing and coaching a team of Product Managers.

Comfort operating in metrics‑driven environments using data to make informed decisions.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience delivering quality products.

Ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative process.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to SMBs, investors, and executives.

Customer‑centric mindset with demonstrated empathy for user needs.

Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and manage teams through ambiguity and complexity.

Past restaurant experience is a serious plus, but not required.

Compensation

Base pay range: $220,000–$275,000 USD.

Includes a competitive benefits package with company stock plan.
