Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Director, Continuous Improvement Organizational Learning, to lead the transformation of our enterprise learning and enablement ecosystem for continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a modern learning strategy that empowers associates, strengthens leadership capabilities, and drives measurable business outcomes across the organization built on our Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS).
As a senior leader within the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) enterprise team, you will lead the modernization and scaling of training programs aligned with Regal Rexnord’s Continuous Improvement (CI) principles and leadership competencies. This includes optimizing content, enhancing learning platforms, and ensuring consistent deployment across global teams. The ideal candidate brings deep Lean/CI expertise, a passion for learning innovation, and a proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Define, Build, and Drive Strategy: Develop and lead the enterprise learning and enablement strategy for RBS, ensuring alignment with RRX CI principles and leadership competency models.
Modernize Content and Build New: Overhaul and optimize existing RBS training content to enhance instructional effectiveness and business impact. Build new content to cover gaps in learning or delivery in alignment with our strategy.
Enterprise Deployment: Ensure consistent and scalable deployment of RBS learning content across all business units in collaboration with the VPs RBS.
Data-Driven Improvement: Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to continuously improve learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI and CI maturity.
Platform Innovation: Enhance learning platforms and integrate automation to streamline delivery and improve learner experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degree Preferred
10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or learning and organizational development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide learning strategies and enablement programs that deliver measurable business results.
Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven change management approach and expertise to drive successful and sustainable transformation at all levels of the organization.
Deep expertise in Lean/CI methodologies, with experience in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments as a practitioner and leader.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Travel: ~25-50% travel if remote
Annual Base Compensation: $155,200 - $241,800
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
