Base pay range $20,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Location Houston, TX (commutable from Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress)

The Role

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of power market analysts

Develop and oversee production cost modeling and market analytics across multiple U.S. power markets (ERCOT, SPP, MISO, etc.)

Partner with commercial and business development teams

Represent the company in industry and regulatory forums, influencing policy and market design

Excellent package including LTIP, bonus, and progression to VP level

The Candidate

12+ years’ experience in power or energy market analytics, system planning, or commercial strategy

Proven leadership background managing analytical teams

Strong modeling and market knowledge across ISO/RTOs such as ERCOT, SPP, MISO, or PJM

Confident client-facing communicator capable of translating technical data into commercial insights

Transmission experience highly desirable but not essential
