UX UI Designer

Job Description:
Talent Groups is supporting a global technology organization seeking a UX UI Designer to join its Global Design team within a Consumer Products group. The team focuses on delivering customer first digital experiences at scale.
This contract role requires a hands on designer with strong product thinking, polished visual and interaction design skills, and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions. You will work across the full design lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, in close partnership with Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative with minimal direction.
What You Will Do
Maintain user focus throughout the product lifecycle
Design user centered solutions that align customer needs with business goals
Conduct and apply user research to inform flows, journeys, and design decisions
Translate insights into journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and high fidelity designs
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to drive innovation
Lead design reviews and close on design requirements
Contribute to the design system, including components and accessibility standards
Champion continuous improvement using user feedback, usability data, and metrics
Apply accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards
Portfolio Requirements What We Are Looking For
Portfolios should demonstrate:
UX research methods and strategic product thinking
Strong UX diagramming skills including journeys and flows
High quality designs in Figma and translation into JIRA or similar tools
Experience with modern consumer mobile applications
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in user centered experience design
Experience partnering with UX researchers and applying insights to design
A portfolio reflecting strong Human Centered Design principles
Ability to think holistically across the end to end customer journey
Understanding of technical considerations across platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
