Job Summary Drive new consumer-facing innovations for Walmart's Client Pickup (buy online, pick up in-store) business. Turn complex business data into actionable insights and compelling stories to inform key business decisions. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, deepen understanding of customer experience, marketing, merchandising, and site/app data. Design, build, and monitor performance reporting and dashboards for digital customer experience projects. Write SQL queries and perform ad-hoc analysis to support immediate business data needs. Automate best-in-class reporting processes while ensuring data integrity. Provide clear, actionable recommendations and next steps for executive leadership. Scope and define work independently, challenge the status quo, and drive scalable business solutions. Support suppliers with analytical consulting, ensuring timely delivery of reports. Contribute to long-term revenue growth and positive customer feedback through strategic insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
3‑5 years experience in analytics, consulting, marketing, or consumer analytics roles.
Strong data manipulation, storytelling, and business strategy skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint; Omniture experience is a plus.
Advanced analytics skillset and client consulting expertise.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work within multidisciplinary teams.
Media knowledge and experience working with large, multidimensional datasets.
