Architectural Designer / BIM Coordinator (8366)

Our client, a well established multidisciplinary design firm, is seeking an Architectural Designer/BIM Coordinator who will lead complex modeling efforts, mentor teammates in implementing Revit standards, integrate Autodesk Construction Cloud on projects, and collaborate with the BIM Manager and Revit Committee to advance best practices.
This full-time position is located in Seattle, WA.
Pay rate: $72,000 - $82,000
Paid Time Off:
18 days PTO per year (up to 25.5 days); accrual starts first week.

Responsibilities:
Project delivery leadership for complex projects (work sharing, phasing, design options, links, model performance).
Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (links, shared coordinates, clash prevention workflows).
Troubleshoot model health issues; implement model audits and performance tuning.
Utilize standardized project setup workflows, including file structures and naming conventions.
Provide support in the maintenance and evolution of Revit templates, standards, and QA/QC tools.
Requirements:
5 to 8+ years of professional experience in Architecture; A/E firm a plus
Experience developing Revit templates and content libraries
ACC project setup and administration experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Service-oriented, calm under pressure, and possess strong prioritization abilities
Experience training/mentoring users at varying skill levels
Multi-disciplinary coordination experience (Architecture + MEP + Structural)
Revit add-ins management, automation, and scripting familiarity a plus
Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering a plus
