Position Summary: The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts for memory products, including DRAM, NAND, and related solutions. This role serves as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams, driving revenue growth, demand planning alignment, and long‑term strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters related to the company’s DRAM/NAND products
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability target
Lead contract negotiations, pricing and volume negotiations in alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including headquarters, operations, and engineering teams, to ensure execution excellence
Drive demand forecasting, quarterly volume planning, and backlog management in collaboration with customers and internal teams
Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape to provide to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
Support management with business reviews, pipeline updates, and strategic account planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
13+ years of sales or account management, with direct exposure to DRAM and/or NAND products strongly preferred
Strong understanding of memory market dynamics, pricing models, and supply‑demand cycles
Proven experience managing strategic accounts and complex commercial negotiations Strong communication, presentation, and account team management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced/supply‑constrained environment
