Overview We are expanding and are seeking an experienced Director of Mortgage Sales to help lead and scale mortgage production within a well‑capitalized, growth‑focused platform.
This role is designed for mortgage leaders who have already built and currently oversee a producing operation and are now looking for a larger platform, stronger infrastructure, and meaningful upside — without unnecessary operational friction.
This opportunity requires candidates who currently lead or oversee a minimum of four (4) producing mortgage professionals as part of their existing role or operation.
The Opportunity This is not a traditional sales manager position.
You will have the ability to:
Drive and scale mortgage production within a defined market or vertical
Operate with autonomy while leveraging centralized operations, compliance, marketing, and technology
Influence growth strategy, recruiting direction, and production structure
Transition with the support of a strong 90‑day guaranteed ramp‑up
This role may be structured for:
Branch operators overseeing an active producing team
Individuals who have built or operate a small mortgage organization and are exploring their next phase of growth
(All transitions must be voluntary and compliant with applicable agreements.)
Who This Role Is Built For This role is a strong fit if you:
Are a licensed mortgage professional with leadership experience
Currently lead or oversee at least four (4) producing mortgage professionals
Have built, scaled, or managed a producing team, branch, or small mortgage operation
Are production‑focused but want less operational and administrative burden

Compensation & Support
Strong guaranteed compensation during the first 90 days

Lead and grow mortgage sales production
Support and develop producing loan officers
