This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods and offers an annual salary of £27,583.49.
Tasks and responsibilities: As the first point of contact for our customer White Fox, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service via email and live chat - your role is all about fast replies, friendly vibes, and real solutions. From smooth shopping experiences to prompt inquiry resolution, efficient order management, and seamless warehouse coordination, you will make sure every interaction reflects White Fox’s promise - where style meets service and satisfaction is always trending.
Key tasks:
Team up with our Senior Customer Service Rep to keep things running smoothly
Chat it up with customers via email and live chat – fast, friendly, and on-brand
Help with orders, returns and exchanges
Handle complaints with empathy and style - turning issues into positive vibes
Keep our customer updated with accurate info (because details matter!)
Stay in the loop on new drops, promos, and policies so you are always ahead
Profile:
Previous customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in e-commerce or fashion!)
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools like Shopify and Gorgias
Flexibility - because fashion never sleeps
Willingness to travel internationally for events or team meet-ups (yes, we’re global!)
