Plans, directs, and coordinates all utility services and oversee utility-related operations and programs.Oversees and directs all activities related to the City-owned, operated, and maintained water and wastewater utilities.Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies and procedures, managing the daily operations, and long-range strategic planning for all related utilities and public services. Some Minimum Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering discipline, with focus within water and wastewater resources. A Missouri Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.Consideration will be given for reciprocity application process. Must have at least five (5) years of relevant and related work experience with at least three (3) years of professional leadership.
