Lead and inspire a team of sales managers to achieve organizational sales goals Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent to build a high-performing team Maintain client records and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 5+ years of Sales and Leadership experience Valid driver’s license for regular travel by car and air Ability to support your team in the field Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
