Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and onboard new clients for battery and renewable energy solutions, achieving regional sales targets.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive business expansion.
Provide distributors with marketing support, competitive insights, and product training to enhance performance.
Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in solar, energy storage, or power solutions.
Polish and English – Professional Proficiency
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities, with high professional integrity.
Valid Driver’s License in Poland.
