
Sr. Graphic Designer
Duties: Senior Graphic designers create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. They incorporate images and text into everything from company logos to promotional materials and more.
Key Responsibilities: Design a range of visual communication assets including web pages, brochures, logos, one-pagers, posters, reports, and high-fidelity visual assets. Translate complex business concepts into clear visual narratives, reflecting the high bar for craft and storytelling seen in leading design organizations. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, shape design direction, and deliver solutions that align with strategic goals. Create and refine visual assets with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency. Produce iterative drafts and prototypes, present work clearly, incorporate feedback, and pivot effectively when direction evolves. Support storytelling for strategic initiatives, helping communicate frameworks, recommendations, and end-user guidance through compelling visuals.
What are the educational requirements of the position: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, storytelling, and work translating business or strategic content into clear communications. Required Skills:
Tool Proficiency: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and supporting tools. Visual Storytelling & Concept Development: Ability to translate strategic and conceptual content into clear narratives that engage audiences. Craft, Typography, and Layout Excellence: Strong command of hierarchy, color, and composition, with polished execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at partnering with stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment. Digital & Print Execution: Experience designing across web, mobile, presentations, and print, including preparing production-ready files. Iteration & Feedback Integration: Able to explore multiple directions, respond to evolving briefs, and advocate for design decisions with clarity.
