Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process
Manage customer orders and monitor the re‑fulfillment
Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers
Register and manage customer complaints
WE ARE EXPECTING:
Fluent Italian (C1)
Good knowledge of English (B2)
Ability to cooperate with clients and build long‑term relationships
Good communication
Capacity to quickly adapt to new situations
Information systems knowledge
