What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and demonstrate Zendesk’s value
Architect AI-driven solutions that leverage advanced technologies for diverse audiences
Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals
Design secure and scalable solutions utilizing Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product development and market strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience
Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, or Business Intelligence
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Graduate degree in a relevant field
Familiarity with AI technologies like LLMs, ChatGPT, and NLP
Experience in integrating middleware and telephony systems
