As a nCino Consultant, you will be part of the Commercial Banking Consulting practice supporting innovative transformation initiatives. Overview What’s the job? Design and deliver risk, credit, and lending transformation initiatives for commercial clients, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
Responsibilities
Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations
Design next-generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients
Manage project delivery and develop client solutions and deliverables
Source and coordinate work from internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Develop innovative wholesale credit technology offerings to meet evolving client needs
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services, technology, or management consulting
At least 2+ years of industry experience in commercial credit, including sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, or portfolio management
Experience with nCino or Salesforce project delivery or consulting engagements for commercial lending
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Ability to travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada as required
