Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Director to lead our sales team and continue to drive growth in our commercial HVAC division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the commercial HVAC sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive long-term growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property managers, building owners, contractors, developers, and facility managers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts for commercial HVAC projects.

Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure accurate estimating and successful project execution.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to refine strategy and improve results.

Track pipeline activity and sales metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, including a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and motivating sales teams.

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze markets and identify growth opportunities.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
