We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Financial Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s financial functions. Duties

Lead the development and execution of robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Oversee the preparation and interpretation of complex financial statements

Manage core accounting functions such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation to maintain precise financial records.

Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks related to financial reporting, fraud, and operational inefficiencies.

Direct treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting to optimize liquidity and financial health.

Conduct detailed risk assessments related to financial operations

Utilize advanced financial software tools for accurate account analysis, account reconciliation, financial report writing, and interpretation of complex financial data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

7+ years of experience in financial operations

Strong knowledge of treasury management practices including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment techniques.

Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with a focus on cost management and profit & loss oversight.

Proficiency in financial software systems along with expertise in balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable processing, and bookkeeping systems.

Excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
