About the Role As the

VP of Strategic Brand Partnerships, Gaming

at

Beast Industries , you will be responsible for building and scaling MrBeast’s gaming-focused brand partnership business, owning the strategy, development, and execution of large-scale, multi-year brand marketing investments across gaming content, competitive formats, original IP, and platform-native experiences.

You will bring deep domain expertise in gaming and interactive entertainment, paired with proven experience selling premium brand‑funded programs that go beyond standard sponsorships - encompassing joint IP creation, co‑produced gaming formats, licensed competitive franchises, and ecosystem‑wide marketing platforms. The role requires the ability to translate gaming culture, gameplay mechanics, and audience passion into brand‑safe, high‑impact marketing investments that drive measurable outcomes for global partners.

What You’ll Do

Own the global gaming partnership strategy, defining how brands invest across MrBeast Gaming, competitive formats, livestreams, tournaments, original gaming IP, and cross‑platform extensions (YouTube, Shorts, streaming, IRL events).

Structure and sell high‑value brand marketing investments that combine premium media, branded gameplay integrations, original gaming IP, competitive mechanics, licensing rights, and co‑produced formats—designed for scale, longevity, and repeatability.

Lead joint IP development with brands, including original competitive formats, branded game modes, recurring tournaments, virtual‑first experiences, and licensed franchises that can live across multiple seasons, platforms, and geographies.

Cultivate senior relationships across the gaming ecosystem, including game publishers, platform partners, esports organizations, hardware manufacturers, energy/snacking brands, telco, fintech, and endemic/non‑endemic gaming advertisers.

Develop compelling, insight‑led partnership narratives that connect brand objectives (awareness, consideration, acquisition, loyalty) to gaming‑native mechanics such as competition, progression, rewards, community participation, and fandom.

Partner closely with internal teams (Gaming Content, Partner Solutions, Production, Live Ops, Media Planning, Legal, Sales Operations) to ensure gaming partnerships are executable, scalable, and optimized for brand ROI.

Negotiate complex, multi‑year agreements covering media commitments, IP ownership, licensing rights, exclusivity, global usage, performance incentives, and renewal pathways.

Act as a senior external face of MrBeast Gaming, representing the business in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations with CMOs, Heads of Gaming, and platform leadership.

Drive long‑term partner value, maximizing renewals, expansion into new gaming IP, and broader ecosystem investment across MrBeast’s portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, integrated media sales, or business development with deep specialization in gaming, esports, interactive entertainment, or platform ecosystems.

Proven track record selling large‑scale brand marketing programs (not just sponsorships) within gaming—spanning premium content, competitive formats, platform‑native experiences, and original IP.

Demonstrated experience developing joint IP with brands, publishers, or platforms, including co‑owned formats, licensed competitions, recurring franchises, or branded gaming experiences.

Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including:

Game publishers and platforms

Competitive and esports formats

Livestreaming and VOD dynamics

Gaming communities and creator economies

Endemic vs. non‑endemic advertiser strategies

Exceptional executive presence and storytelling ability, capable of translating gaming‑native concepts into clear, compelling investment cases for CMOs and senior brand leaders.

Advanced negotiation expertise, comfortable structuring multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year deals with complex IP, media, and performance components.

Deep knowledge of media monetization, IP licensing, production workflows, and branded entertainment, with a strong point of view on how gaming content drives brand impact.

Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial leader, able to operate at the intersection of creative, commercial, and operational teams while pushing new business models.
