We are searching for an experienced SLED Solutions Sales Executive with a passion for technology who can deliver on bold revenue targets. As we expand our customer footprint, this role will help blaze the path for organizational growth. This is a lucrative opportunity to own a defined set of accounts within a territory and be the quarterback in your region, taking ownership of your personal success and outcomes. You will primarily focus on large SLED accounts and own all facets of revenue goals and targets within your respective territory.

Prospect and sell into a defined set of accounts within your region and vertical

Consistently build strong pipeline quarter over quarter

Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency

Consistently achieve quarterly and annual numbers

Develop a deep understanding of customer business across your account base

Establish loyal champion relationships within account targets who can navigate, guide, and refer opportunities

Negotiate favorable deals and business terms with large Public Sector and SLED organizations by selling value and ROI

Partner with existing customers to drive adoption and expanded reach within your assigned territory

What You Bring To The Table

7+ years as a sales professional closing complex software deals

Experience with an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar) selling unbudgeted software

Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding direct sales goals of 1M+ and average deal size of 250k+; closing multi-million-dollar deals

Strong ability to develop new territories with robust territory planning and execution to land new logo customers

Expertise in value selling methodologies (MEDDPIC, Force Management, Challenger, etc.)

Proven track record of top performance and YoY achievement

Systematic approach to pipeline generation

Ability to drive C-level relationships

Experience developing solid business cases for justification of net-new spend

Deal hygiene and Mutual Action Plans (SFDC) management
