Accepting applications in San Francisco Bay Area or Boston / Cambridge. What You’ll Do
End-to-End Product Design Design core product experiences across web and mobile, from early concepts through shipped UI. Own flows that span discovery, decision-making, and follow-through, not just single screens. Experience Quality & Craft Create interfaces that feel clear, calm, and intentional, even when the underlying system is complex. Sweat the details of layout, hierarchy, copy, and interaction states. Design Systems & Patterns Contribute to and evolve our design patterns so that they support speed, consistency, and scalability. Balance reuse with thoughtful exceptions when the experience demands it. Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore multiple solutions, and converge on the right approach. Use sketches, flows, and prototypes to think and communicate. Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and real-world usage. Balance strong point of view with openness to evidence and change. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure experiences are aligned, feasible, and on-brand. Clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs. Who You Are

Systems-Oriented Comfortable working within and improving systems, whether design systems, IA, or multi-step flows. Tasteful and Precise High bar for visual and interaction quality. You notice what feels off and know how to fix it. Pragmatic Builder Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. You ship, learn, and refine without waiting for perfect inputs.
