Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Director to lead and evolve their commercial Salesforce platform in close partnership with the business. This role is highly business-facing and strategy-driven, focused on enabling sales, service, marketing, and customer engagement teams through a well-architected, secure, and scalable Salesforce environment.
This is not a traditional IT or development role. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce leader who can effectively engage with business stakeholders and end users, translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities, and guide the ongoing optimization and expansion of the platform.

15+ years of professional experience, with significant Salesforce leadership exposure Strong Salesforce Administration experience in a business-led environment Expertise with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and security model Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management and configuration Demonstrated ability to work directly with business leaders and end users Nice to Have
Experience within Financial Services, Legal, or Compliance-driven environments MBA or advanced degree Background supporting complex, regulated commercial organizations
