Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies for long-term profitable growth
Create and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in large strategic accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and project implementations
Manage the completion of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and ensure retention of existing contracts
Track sales performance and inform management on results and strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
Proven ability to engage and influence senior management or C-suite executives
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Familiarity with financial, accounting, and business problem-solving skills
