Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estimating within the commercial or multifamily construction industry.
Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
