An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment is currently seeking a transactional commercial real estate attorney with 5-7+ years of experience to join their team full‑time in Dallas (remote hybrid available). The salary will be top market‑competitive, with generous performance‑based bonuses. Experience in leasing industrial space and sophisticated real estate development work/transactions is a big plus. Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in transactional commercial real estate law
Industrial space leasing experience a plus
TX Bar Admission and ability to take an in‑office position in Dallas (remote hybrid available)
Experience with sophisticated real estate development work/transactions a plus
Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long term
Professional, organized and collegial
