Pri-Med is seeking an experienced marketer to join our team and drive revenue growth across our digital education portfolio for primary care clinicians. The
Growth Marketing Manager
will develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches while identifying opportunities to reposition existing programs for expanded market reach. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic analysis and senior leadership collaboration. The ideal candidate enjoys ideating and implementing campaigns while synthesizing performance data to inform executive decision-making. This position is open to Boston-based candidates with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our office is located in Boston’s Back Bay across from the Prudential Center. The position also requires 2-3 domestic trips per year. Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and strategic repositioning of existing products Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive product enrollments Synthesize performance data and present insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with product development, UX, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle Develop buyer personas and optimize the customer journey using audience and usage data Create compelling content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts Manage marketing budget and approval processes Engage attendees at healthcare conferences to gather feedback and promote products Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to support product positioning, pricing decisions, and go-to-market planning Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare Experience with product launches and management Demonstrated understanding of branding and identity development Experience with marketing channels and tools including digital media, social media, blogs, traditional advertising, SEO/SEM Ability to build marketing performance reports and dashboards using analytics tools such as Google Analytics Ability to analyze data, assess campaign effectiveness, and adapt campaigns to achieve goals Experience managing content within content management systems We promote work/life balance by offering flexible work schedules, Summer Fridays, Winter Vacation, and paid parental leave.
