Polly is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines Service team who has excellent customer service and relationship building skills.**Who You Are**As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering incoming inquires and then take appropriate action to provide top-notch customer satisfaction. It will be key for you to continuously develop strong relationships with both our clients and carriers. As a Representative, you should be customer focused, detail oriented, and efficient. Additionally, you should be professional, reliable, and adaptable.
