
This individual is responsible for being a crucial point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, resolving problems, and providing information about various insurance products and services.

Full-time The hours for this position:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to: Handling client inquiries: Responding to questions about insurance policies, coverage, claims status, and billing issues via phone, email, and live chat. Processing policy changes: Assisting clients with modifications to their policies, such as adding or removing vehicles, updating contact information, or adjusting coverage limits. Resolving customer issues: Addressing complaints, troubleshooting problems, and finding solutions related to billing, claims, or policy-related matters. Providing policy information: Explaining policy details, coverage limits, exclusions, and premium payments in a clear and understandable manner. Assisting with claims: Guiding clients through the claims process, explaining procedures, and ensuring timely submission of necessary information. Educating and cross-selling: Informing clients about new and existing products, available services, and identifying opportunities for additional coverage. Maintaining accurate records: Documenting all customer interactions, policy changes, and relevant information in the agency's systems. Qualifications: · High school or equivalent (Preferred) · Willing to become a licensed insurance agent · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, operating with a high level of professionalism. · Applicants should be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office Suite, and Outlook email. · Proficient computer skills including Windows-based technologies. · Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. · We value commitment and teamwork in a fun, family-like atmosphere. · 401(k) after one year of service · Health insurance is unavailable at this time.
