We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Lead GTM Recruiter to support InvoiceCloud’s Sales and Go-To-Market organizations. This role plays a critical part in scaling high-performing Sales and GTM teams, owning full-cycle recruiting for business-critical Sales (including Enterprise level talent), Marketing, Revenue Operations and GTM enablement functions and serving as a trusted, consultative hiring partner to GTM leadership with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Sales and GTM recruiting within a SaaS environment, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and applies a consultative, high-urgency recruiting approach to quickly learn the business, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Results Driven

Owns end-to-end recruiting for high-impact Sales and GTM roles, consistently delivering high-quality hires who contribute to revenue growth and quota attainment.

Rapidly develops a deep understanding of InvoiceCloud’s GTM strategy, sales motions, customer segments, and growth priorities, applying this context to drive speed, quality, and alignment in hiring decisions.

Applies deep knowledge of sales talent markets to prioritize roles, focus sourcing efforts, and adjust recruiting strategies based on business needs.

Maintains momentum across multiple concurrent searches while ensuring a thoughtful, engaging, and highly selective candidate experience.

Takes Ownership

Operates as the primary recruiting partner for Sales, Marketing, RevOps and GTM leaders, building trusted relationships and acting as a consultative advisor on hiring strategy and talent decisions.

Personally manages senior-level and hard-to-fill Sales and GTM searches from initial outreach through offer close and onboarding, with minimal supervision.

Leads offer strategy, negotiation, and candidate closing in partnership with People leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and transparent outcomes.

Represents InvoiceCloud externally with professionalism and credibility, strengthening long-term relationships with Sales candidates and talent communities.

Designs and executes proactive sourcing strategies—including outbound outreach, referrals, and community-based approaches—to build and maintain robust Sales and broader GTM talent pipelines.

Maintains accurate, high-quality data in the ATS and recruiting systems to support reporting, forecasting, and compliance.

Tracks, analyzes, and shares recruiting metrics to identify funnel bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and continuously refine recruiting practices.

Builds and documents recruiting playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that enable consistency and scalability as the business grows.

Leverages AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, personalize outreach, analyze recruiting funnel performance, and increase overall recruiting efficiency while maintaining trust, fairness, and data integrity.

Stays current on Sales and GTM hiring trends, emerging recruiting technologies, and evolving best practices to keep InvoiceCloud competitive in the talent market.

Partners cross-functionally with People, Marketing, and Operations to strengthen employer branding and enhance the end-to-end candidate experience.

Requirements

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales or Go-To-Market roles in a SaaS or technology environment.

Experience recruiting in the payments, fintech, or electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) space is a plus, but not required.

Demonstrated success hiring senior-level or business-critical Sales talent in competitive markets.

Proven ability to partner with Sales leaders and influence hiring decisions using data, judgment, and market insight.

Hands-on experience with sourcing passive talent, managing offer negotiations, and closing candidates.

Strong proficiency with modern ATS and recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools).

Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, high-growth environment.
