Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday; Saturday rotation as scheduled
Work Location Status:
Fully on-site at the Home Office Branch in Edwardsville, IL.
About The Role Tellers are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are the first, and often the only face our members see. Tellers must engage with SCU members and process their transactions efficiently and accurately. They are responsible for educating members about SCU products and services as well as providing an exceptional member experience.

What You’ll Do
Operate an online teller terminal and accurately record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions.
Perform required OFAC screens as outlined in the Non‑Member Verafin Processing policy and report any positive matches to the BSA Group. Comply with BSA requirements of completing CTR and SAR.
Foster and maintain relationships with members, providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous service. Investigate member concerns, research and recommend a resolution to branch management, ensuring we meet member service satisfaction results.
Educate members on SCU products and services, including referring members to FSRs, mortgages, business lending/services, and investments.
Daily open and close teller terminal, accounting for cash assigned, received, disbursed, accurately balance to teller terminal close report and remit daily work to Teller Supervisor for disposition.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products
