Due to continued expansion, InterEx Group is looking for Spanish speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Miami office.

The Role In this position, you will be responsible for developing client accounts, winning new business, and placing contract professionals across our specialist technology markets.
What To Expect: Building new client relationships across Spanish speaking regions Managing existing accounts and delivering contract recruitment solutions Identifying and qualifying contract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Hitting targets, growing revenue, and celebrating success as part of a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For: Spanish fluency, written and spoken Recruitment or sales experience with a commercial mindset Evidence of billing success or strong KPI performance Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment Driven, competitive, and eager to progress
