Description The Clinical Director will function in both an operational and clinical capacity. The primary responsibilities are to effectively and efficiently run the assigned center, supervise BCBAs and BCBA Interns, provide clinical support to BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and other clinical staff within their assigned center, and ensure that clients and families are receiving high-quality, effective, assent-based, and ethical clinical services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you

Provide assistance and support with clinic operations

Provide case management support as needed

Requirements

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited institution—must include a BACB-verified coursework sequence

Maintain an active BCBA certification from BACB.

Maintain an active BCBA license (Starting October 1, 2025)

Renew BACB and GA license every 2 years
