Market Operations Director

Pay Base pay range:
$140,000 – $160,000 per year
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and RSUs
Responsibilities Provide hands‑on leadership across multiple branch locations, overseeing day‑to‑day business operations, compliance supervision, advisor onboarding, and staff management. Act as the supervisory principal for montre market, ensuring smooth transitions, strong advisor support, and alignment with firm policies and home‑office operations.

10+ years in
wealth management , ideally within a
broker‑dealer, RIA, or wirehouse
environment
Experience managing support staff and overseeing operational or supervisory functions
Proven success supporting
advisor transitions
(mergers, new team travaillé onboarding, or RIA integrations)
Comfortable working primarily
onsite three days per week , with travel across nearby branches as needed
