Overview ArentFox Schiff is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising companies on an array of capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Compensation and Benefits The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $275,000 to a maximum of $355,000 per year. The actual salary within that range depends on factors including years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for associates to receive hours-based productivity bonuses, cash bonuses for business generation and expansion, and merit-based bonuses ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.

Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.

Licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate would practice.
