What You Will Own Messaging & Positioning
Develop and refine the core narratives and value propositions for Surgo Health’s products
Translate complex data, AI, and behavioral science into clear, differentiated stories for healthcare, life sciences, and public‑sector audiences
Ensure consistency and clarity across sales materials, website content, and executive communications
Sales Enablement (Founder‑Led Sales)
Partner closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to support enterprise and public‑sector sales efforts
Create and maintain high‑impact sales assets (decks, one‑pagers, product briefs, competitive positioning)
Continuously improve messaging based on live sales conversations and market feedback
Thought Leadership & Market Narrative
Shape Surgo’s external POV through white papers, research‑driven content, and executive‑level thought leadership
Help position Surgo as a trusted authority in behavioral data, AI, and decision science
Support executive visibility through conferences, panels, webinars, and strategic content
Targeted Marketing & Visibility
Lead focused marketing initiatives that support active sales priorities and buying triggers
Plan and execute high‑signal activities such as webinars, events, and strategic partnerships
Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue momentum rather than vanity metrics
Product Marketing Function Development
Establish foundational product marketing and lead generation processes, tools, and templates
Contribute to longer‑term thinking about how Surgo’s product portfolio is positioned and brought to market
Help shape the future evolution of the product marketing function as the company grows
About you
Have 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market, or strategic marketing in healthcare, health tech, or B2B data/AI companies
Have experience marketing complex, high‑consideration products to enterprise or public‑sector buyers
Are an exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn technical insight into compelling narratives
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building structure from scratch
Want a role with room to grow in scope and impact over time
This role is not fit for you
You are primarily a growth or demand‑generation marketer focused on MQLs and paid acquisition
You want a narrowly scoped role with fixed responsibilities
You prefer highly structured environments with predefined playbooks
