Primary measurement of success:
expansion of Salesforce Practice Revenues. The practice’s scope includes the full suite of Salesforce cloud offerings—Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, industry clouds, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Net Zero Cloud—and provides both consulting services and AppExchange applications such as Warranty.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to sell new consulting business, coordinating with client Sales teams from our vertical industry groups and with the Delivery Team to align service delivery during the sales cycle.
Devising innovative strategies to create differentiated offerings that grow consulting services revenues and win new customers in the USA and internationally.
Creating, promoting and driving sales of new go-to-market offerings related to Salesforce.
Manage and mentor the Salesforce Alliance Director, networking with Salesforce to increase client visibility and credibility within their organization and building relationships with Salesforce industry teams aligned to client vertical focuses such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, and Retail.
Work with client Marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at building the client’s Salesforce brand and generating leads.
Upright reporting to client management, tracking progress against plans.
Coordinate with the Salesforce Delivery Team and the People Management Group at the client regarding recruitment and retention of Salesforce Practice Team members.
Qualifications
12+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a practice leadership role and a proven record of practice growth.
Bachelor’s degree.
Exposure and familiarity with Salesforce, as demonstrated through Salesforce certifications and directly relevant work experience.
Exposure and familiarity with the Salesforce partnership consulting program.
Flexibility to work in a global company, collaborating with resources in North America, India, Europe, Mexico, etc.
Travel required—client, customer and prospect locations, including some international travel.
Desirable: relevant business experience in key targeted client industries—Financial Services, Manufacturing, Media.
Desirable: experience with relevant Salesforce Industry Clouds such as FSC, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Media Cloud.
