The Vice President for Wealth R&D will lead the end-to-end definition, development and execution of solutions targeting the wealth management segment. We aim to develop the first globally trusted, scalable, technology‑led platform meeting the emerging needs of fintechs, advisors, and individuals. This role will work closely with the Managing and external partners to define and bring to market end‑to‑end solutions with seamless integration across the value chain, providing an easy, efficient, and frictionless workflow.

What You Will Be Responsible For As Vice President for Wealth Research and Development you will
Develop and execute the strategy for end‑to‑end solutions targeted toward the wealth segment
Identify potential partners and evaluate feasibility of partnership opportunity
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and strategic objectives
Manage the design and delivery of proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and oversee their implementation into scalable solutions
Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to address gaps and enhance interoperability across platforms
Provide subject matter expertise on private market solutions tailored for wealth advisors and clients
What We Value
10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment technology or private markets, with a proven track record of innovation and execution
Experience gained in serving the technology needs of Private Banks, Family Offices, and other wealth subsegments
Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions for complex financial services projects
Expertise in end‑to‑end system integration: Skilled in mapping data workflows, resolving system gaps, and ensuring seamless integrations across wealth platforms
Strong understanding of wealth management platforms and regulatory considerations
Expertise in project management, business strategy, and financial technology integration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to problem‑solving
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other technical course of study required
MBA or MS degree strongly preferred
CFA or similar investment management licensing/certification desired
Authoritative knowledge and experience within wealth and/or institutional asset management with demonstrable experience in private markets
Ten plus (10+) years related work experience in wealth, asset management and/or FinTech
Salary Range $110,000 - $207,500 Annual
