Role Description The Director of Catering will oversee and manage all catering operations, including planning, sales, and event execution, to ensure an exceptional member and guest experience. Responsibilities include conducting consultations with clients, developing and implementing catering sales strategies, managing food and beverage details, and coordinating with various departments. Attention to detail and exceptional customer service are key to this role. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Catering Sales and Catering operations

Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage service and management

Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills

Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams

Experience in private or hospitality clubs is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
