Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a VP of Marketing in the Boston, MA area (can sit in a Boston suburb or Western, MA suburb). Responsibilities Drive customer acquisition, lifetime value, and revenue growth
Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy across retail, wholesale, CPG, e commerce, and branded products
Partner with Operations to elevate merchandising, in store experience, and customer service
Maintain a forward looking marketing roadmap aligned to business goals and market trends
Lead brand storytelling, creative direction, and packaging strategy
Guide high quality product launch plans and campaigns across all markets
Increase store traffic, basket size, loyalty engagement, and category expansion
Develop go to market strategies, sell in tools, and activation programs
Strengthen brand awareness and product velocity across distribution channels
Partner with Finance on disciplined budgeting and forecasting
Requirements 10+ years of marketing leadership in CPG, QSR, retail, beverage, or multi unit consumer industries
Proven success in brand, performance, CRM, and retail marketing
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
Creative leadership and packaging/brand identity experience
Ability to build and inspire high performing teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
