Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including attainable forecasting. Identify and penetrate market opportunities, provide strategic in‑field support for the team to achieve revenue and admission goals. Represent the company in activities involving professional contacts to apprise them of the availability of offered Medicare services. Monitor program execution and service provision. Manage the tenets of the program, develop professional relationships, and effectively support the company care teams. Achieve or exceed personal established threshold goal. Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to drive new growth and strengthen market presence; ensure proper use of marketing collateral. Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma. Must have demonstrated related field experience. Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice. Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Education and Experience (Preferred)

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management is preferred. A licensed professional with extensive field experience may be considered in lieu of direct field experience. Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications is preferred. Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred. Management experience is preferred. Requirements

Must possess a valid state driver license Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions Equal Opportunity Employer
