Overview SVP, Global Biddable Lead

is responsible for shaping and scaling the client’s global biddable media strategy across

Search, Social and Programmatic . This role provides senior leadership and governance across four regional hubs - North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC - establishing a unified global vision for the client’s biddable investment while respecting regional market dynamics.

This leader serves as the client’s primary global biddable steward within Spark Foundry, acting as the strategic connector between regional activation teams, the client’s global marketing leadership, and the world’s leading media and technology partners. Regional biddable teams maintain solid-line reporting into local market leadership, with a dotted-line relationship into this role.

The SVP is accountable for ensuring that client biddable investment is executed with world-class consistency, innovation, and performance across all markets.

Responsibilities Global Biddable Strategy & Leadership

Define and continuously evolve the client’s global biddable strategy across programmatic, social, and search.

Establish global best practices, standards, and operating models for the client’s biddable planning, activation, measurement, and optimization.

Lead the development of global biddable roadmaps aligned to the client’s growth, brand, and performance objectives.

Serve as senior biddable advisor to the client’s global and regional marketing leadership.

Regional Enablement & Governance

Coordinate across the client’s four global biddable hubs (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to ensure consistent application of strategy, frameworks, and tools.

Create governance structures that enable accountability, transparency, and scalable execution while preserving regional flexibility.

Partner with regional biddable leads and market leadership to drive alignment, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.

Support major global and regional client initiatives, transformations, and new-market expansions.

Global Partnerships & Marketplace Leadership

Own the global biddable partnership strategy on behalf of Kenvue, including relationships with major DSPs, social platforms, search partners, and ad-tech providers.

Lead global negotiations, joint business plans, beta programs, and innovation initiatives in support of the client’s business priorities.

Identify emerging technologies, platforms, and commercial models that unlock incremental value.

Embed AI-driven optimization and decision frameworks into global biddable strategy to improve efficiency, performance predictability, and cross-market learning.

Innovation, Transformation & Thought Leadership

Drive global biddable initiatives focused on automation, AI, identity, commerce media, and next-generation performance solutions.

Partner with analytics, data, and product teams to advance the client’s biddable measurement, attribution, and optimization frameworks.

Champion client focused thought leadership and executive-level POVs within Spark Foundry and across partner ecosystems.

Lead the adoption of AI-enabled biddable capabilities, including automated bidding, budget allocation, creative optimization, and predictive performance modeling.

Talent, Culture & Capability Development

Define global biddable capability standards and role frameworks in support of the client’s business.

Sponsor global training, certification, and upskilling initiatives across the client’s biddable teams.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture built on shared accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in performance / biddable media with deep expertise across programmatic, paid social, and search

Experience leveraging automation and AI-driven tools within biddable media

Proven leadership experience at a global or multi-regional level within a media agency or similar environment

Demonstrated success building and scaling global operating models, best practices, and transformation initiatives

Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Deep experience managing senior partnerships with media and technology platforms

Strategic, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex matrixed organizations

Strong change leader with a growth mindset and client-first orientation

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $288,765.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
