Key Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including development, design, and operations—to ensure timely and high‑quality product delivery.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of priorities.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing requirements in an agile environment.
Conduct data‑driven analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and customer value creation.
Prepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
Support the continuous improvement of operational and regulatory processes within the organization.
Required Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.
Desirable Certifications / Licenses While not required, the following certifications are highly valued:
Salesforce Certifications
Agile Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Kanban Certification
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
Experience with JIRA or other agile project‑management tools.
Familiarity with Power BI, Canva, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
