Role Summary Seeking a
senior hunter
with a proven track record in
new logo acquisition
for
US IT staffing augmentation and IT solutions sales . The role is focused on opening new accounts, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire
new logos
across Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs
Sell
IT staffing (contract, C2H, full-time)
and
SOW / solution-based engagements
Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and manage a strong US sales pipeline
Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, and commercial terms
Requirements
8–15+ years in
US IT staffing & solution sales (hunter role)
Proven success in new client acquisition
Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing models
Existing US client relationships preferred
