The Director will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and improve real estate operations effectively.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Lease Negotiations and administering Leases
Strong understanding of Property Management practices
Proficiency in Finance-related aspects of real estate development
Ability to effectively oversee Lease Administration processes
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Relevant professional real estate certifications are an advantage
