About the Team: In joining Adobe's DME Sales, Finance organization, you will help drive Adobe's pivotal initiatives by partnering with the WW Channel Sales Teams, operations, and finance, acting as their business and financial advisor. The position reports to the Director of Finance to support our Financial Systems and BI, providing opportunities to drive insights and accelerate growth for Adobe. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer with excellent data analysis skills who collaborates with teams locally and remotely and engages with worldwide teams in a matrix organization. You may manage a team based in multiple regions and will work across cross-functional teams to consolidate targets and forecasts into cohesive datasets and build dashboards to drive data-driven views into the business.

Play a key role in the weekly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and reporting for the worldwide Channel Sales organization. Demonstrated managerial skills. Strong technical and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communicator capable of influencing across the organization. Attention to detail with excellent written communication skills and a track record of leadership with the ability to set objectives and deliver results. Advanced experience with systems tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with teams across multiple organizations, such as finance, accounting, sales, and operations. Accountable for ad-hoc initiatives in critical business analysis and key projects supporting business partners and finance leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,700 – $256,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
