Our publicly traded client is looking for a dynamic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis that is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ownership of its division juega. Responsibilities include:
Sets long-term financial strategy and drives cost discipline and financial performance
Leads budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and financial reporting processes

Manages capital investments and business cases
Develops financial models, scenarios, and performance metrics
Provides financial guidance and decision support to cross-functional stakeholders
Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing finance team
Drives continuous improvement in financial processes and tools
Monitors industry and competitive trends to inform strategy
Qualifications
12+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
5+ years of leadership experience, including people management
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and CPA/CFA preferred
Large Public company experience required.
Strong financial, analytical, and business partnering skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TM1, PeopleSoft, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
Work environment: 100% in office
Location: Greater Seattle area
